Introducing the G Suite Security Learning Path

The increasingly widespread usage of email, file sharing, social media, etc. has made it even easier for potential cyberattacks to occur. It is now more important than ever for your organization’s end users to keep themselves informed of best practices for cybersecurity, since this can help them to stay safe online and keep company information protected.

In our effort to help you achieve the highest level of security within your organization, we are excited to introduce our new G Suite Security learning path in CLaaS (Continuous Learning as a Service). This self-paced course teaches best practices for security in G Suite, including:

  • Creating a strong password
  • Using multi-factor authentication
  • Setting file and folder permissions in Google Drive, based on the concept of least privilege
  • Recognizing and taking action against phishing emails in Gmail

Throughout the course, users can watch videos, answer practice questions, and review other resources to teach them about how to utilize various security features and settings throughout G Suite.

This learning path is self-paced, allowing users the ability to skip ahead to whichever topics are of most interest to them.
