Corporate Responsibility

Our commitment beyond the cloud.

“Doing the right thing is always the right thing.” That’s the mantra of our founder, Mitch Greenwald—and it’s one all us ‘bakers get behind. Here’s how: with corporate responsibility initiatives to make a positive impact for our coworkers, our communities and our world.

global

For our world.

Cloudbakers is committed to working in a way that makes the world a better place for everyone—and we’re not just talking about the latest technology.

Sustainability

We don’t just partner with Google because of their industry-leading cloud solutions (although that is a pretty big part of it). They’re also committed to carbon neutrality, and that’s a promise we can get behind.

Diversity

Our goal is to gracefully embrace the evolution of our spirit and culture as we celebrate the inclusion, diversity, vulnerability and voice of each ‘baker. It’s why our team is chock full of powerful, unique individuals with a variety of backgrounds and experience.

Charity

As we grow, our team is committed to achieving a B Corp certification. B Corps are companies that work toward reducing inequality, lowering levels of poverty and creating a healthier environment and stronger communities.

local

For our communities.

We always want to give back to the communities our ‘bakers call home, whether it's through supporting local businesses, reducing our energy use or donating our time and resources.

Sustainability

Cloudbaker offices are equipped with energy efficient lighting to keep our energy waste down. Our 'bakers also take advantage of our wellness incentive for Divvy bike memberships, and we provide our team with public transit memberships so they can get to work with a minimal carbon footprint.

Diversity

We regularly participate in local events for promoting diversity, from the Indiana Conference for Women to Women in Technology to Women of the Channel with Google, and we pride ourselves on our 40% female workforce that goes beyond the industry standard.

Charity

The ‘bakers are involved in charitable events such as Hour of Code, where we teach young children the fundamentals of coding, and C-Level @ A Mile High, a fundraiser for fueling Colorado’s economy. We’re also three-time finalists for the Inner City 100 and always turn to local businesses for events and office needs.

personal

For our ‘bakers.

Our ‘bakers are passionate about a variety of causes, and through our donation matching program, we’ve helped them support over 53 organizations that are near to their hearts, including:
