The project begins with an evaluation of your current system. This is where we find out exactly what you want, what's missing, and how your business can be run in the most efficient way possible. Together we determine goals that guide us throughout the remainder of the project.
After a thorough evaluation and discussions directly with your team, we use the gathered information to design a mock-up of what your application will look like, and build wireframes to show how it will work. Once we get the approval from your team, the development begins!
We create your solution by leveraging Google's Cloud Platform. We migrate data if needed, and meet with you for review as we complete specific milestones throughout the course of the project. For integration projects in this stage, most of the work is done on the back end, so the main milestone is presented at the training stage.
Depending on your preferences, we meet with you on-premise or via Google Hangout to walk you and your team through different use cases workflows. We teach you how to interact with the product, answer any questions you may have, and give you suggestions on how to make your future business practices as effective as can be.
Cloudbakers believes in a minimalist approach to project management, therefore maximizing work on the project and value to the client. That being said, we will be in regular contact with you during the entire project lifecycle either via email, phone, video conference or in person. At the project kickoff meeting all contact information and team member information will be exchanged and shared in a Google Doc. Issue tracking is also performed within the same document.
